Syracuse CoE Office for Industry Collaboration Partner Program Terms of Sponsorship

Once a partner sponsorship is paid, the Syracuse CoE Office for Industry Collaboration will grant to the partner the benefits and privileges of sponsorship commensurate with the selected category. Note that program benefits may change from time to time, and such changes will be effective upon the annual anniversary date of the sponsorship.

The following rules and regulations will apply once sponsorship is received and the sponsorship agreement is signed:

• The sponsorship term is 12 months.
• The anniversary date for annual sponsorship is July 1.
• Annual sponsorship contributions are non-refundable.
• Use of Partner, Syracuse Center of Excellence, and Syracuse CoE Office for Industry Collaboration trademarks and logos for co-branding shall be mutually agreed upon in advance, per instance of use.
• A sponsorship will not infer or grant rights to the intellectual properties of either party. 
• A sponsorship may be upgraded at any time by paying the appropriate balance.
• Partial payment of sponsorship contributions via in-kind services is subject to the approval of the Syracuse CoE Office for Industry Collaboration Executive Vice President.
• Direct all correspondence concerning a sponsorship to Dr. Sandra Downey, Executive Vice President, Syracuse CoE Office for Industry Collaboration, 621 Skytop Road, Syracuse, NY, 13244.

The Syracuse Center of Excellence Office for Industry Collaboration is a dba of the New York Indoor Environmental Quality Center, Inc (NYIEQ).  Pursuant to NYS Executive Law 174-b, a copy of NYIEQ’s latest financial report may be obtained, upon request, from the Syracuse CoE Office for Industry Collaboration or from the New York State Attorney General’s Charities Bureau, Attn: FOIL Officer, 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10271.
